A family run business based in West Hertfordshire specialising in home renovation projects including garage conversions, home extensions, garden offices, kitchen developments & more.

Gerry has been a builder specialising in carpentry all his working life, with his son, Patrick, working alongside him throughout the last 8 years. In 2018, Patrick decided to build the business further, hence creating ‘Garage Changes’, and father & son have worked on multiple projects within Hertfordshire and North West London since. What initially begun as garage conversions eventually led to much bigger and more in depth projects, and through word of mouth and reputability, Gerry & Patrick have sourced a wide client base from as far as North West / Greater London to North Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire & Buckinghamshire. 

Patrick also has experience working on various renovation projects in Brisbane and Sydney, Australia, whilst he lived in the country for a year on a Working Holiday Visa; working for multiple independent businesses on projects and assisting the management teams with overseeing works both on large construction sites and on independent home renovations. 

He has also worked as an assistant for a start up company which involved pitching ideas to corporate stakeholders, managing and overseeing projects and building rapport with clients in order to establish a professional relationship; setting the groundwork for his talents in customer service and professional integrity. 

Although MCN Property Changes is a father & son business, we also work alongside reputable colleagues dependent on the requirements of each individual job, including contractors such as Interior Designers, Labourers, Electricians and Plumbers.
